PAYMENTS:
It is time to call US Chess Federation and make payments. The schedule of fees is in Jerry's e-mail. We do not know the cost of additional nights at the Hotel but from previous experience we paid the same price for extra days (it is important for those of us who arrive a day earlier).
TRAVEL PLANS:

Lena and Daniel are planning to travel on November 15th from San Francisco to New York and join others (WHO ARE YOU, OTHERS?) on a flight to Istanbul on Turkish Airline 002 (leaving JFK at 18:45 arriving to IST at 11:45 am next morning and then to Antalya on Turkish Airlines flight 0416 leaving IST at 14:25 and arriving ANT at 15:40 on November 16th).

Marc's 15th birthday is Tuesday, November 20th. After the round (starts at 15:00), is it possible to gather somewhere to celebrate? I'm going to ask the hotel for a cake. We did this in Greece when Marc was 10 (everyone came to our room in advance and surprised Marc when we walked in the room; I thought he was going to have a heart attack!) and it was really fun.
